Maya Rogers, CEO of the Tetris Company, emphasizes the importance of increasing female representation in the gaming industry. She points out a significant disparity: while a large number of women engage with video games, the majority of game designers remain men. "There's so many women playing games, and we're still having mostly men designing games," Rogers states. "That doesn't make any sense at all."
